No bicycles can be purchased directly from this site. Please use the link back to Dexter to place your order.
Use the serial number (WTUxxxxxx) as the PO Reference to ensure the correct bike is dispatched. The order should be placed on 'Rep Review'.
Where catalogue images are provided they are for illustrative purposes only. Images of damage are from the actual bike for sale.
Bikes may not include pedals, shock pumps, or user manuals.
Bikes are only available in the markets they are advertised in. PL bikes will not be shipped to GB/IE locations, or vice-versa.
Grading Structure
Scratch & Dent
'Scratch & Dent' bicycle part numbers begin with the letters SD and end with either A, B, C or D depending on the grading of the bike. Each grade is described below:
GRADE A
These bikes will have minor cosmetic damage potentially including, but not limited to, bleeds, bubbles, small cosmetic chips (numbering no more than 3 per tube), minor scratches and small (non-structural) dents or dings.
The bike will be complete, unused, and in fully saleable condition.
GRADE B
These bikes may include any of the Grade A faults in larger size or number. They could also include, mismatched or non-spec components (e.g. non-paint matched fork, lower grade shift lever, odd wheels, etc.) or have a groupset from another model entirely (e.g. a Remedy groupset on a Fuel frameset etc.).
The bike will be complete, unused, and in fully saleable condition.
GRADE C
These bikes may include any of the Grade B faults in larger size or number. They will be in used condition (e.g. test ridden or used as a demo bike).
The bikes will be complete, USED, and potentially require replacement parts.
GRADE D
PARTS ONLY. This will be a build kit, or a groupset, from the original bike.
They will be complete, unused, and in fully saleable condition.
Demo & Show
'Demo & Show' bicycle part numbers begin with the letter D and end with either X, A, B or C depending on the grading of the bike. Each grade is described below:
GRADE X
These are bikes that have been built for show and are unridden. They may include minor cosmetic damage from being on display or have different specs to the ones published.
GRADE A
These bikes have been built and ridden. They will still be in very good condition but may include some minor cosmetic damage from use. Specs may differ from those published.
GRADE B
These are bikes that have been built and ridden. They will have some marks and scratches resulting from use. Specs may differ from those published.
GRADE C
These bikes have been built and ridden. They have been used heavily as a demo bike for a season or magazine tested. They often have lots of major scratches, chips, marks, and wear all over the bike. Specs may differ from those published.
Limited Warranty
All bikes are sold with our standard 'Limited Lifetime Warranty' on the frameset. This does not include a paint warranty.
If the bicycle is new and unused the 1-Year Parts Warranty is also included as per the manufactures guidance.
If the bicycle is used there will be no parts warranty.
Privacy Policy
This website is for the exclusive use of Trek Bicycle Retailers as approved by Trek Bicycles Ltd. The site is not for use by end users or retail consumers.
